Division Chief/Fire Marshal Todd Blomdahl
After receiving an honorable discharge, three letters of commendation and an expeditionary medal from the U.S. Navy, Todd became a volunteer firefighter with the Murrell’s Inlet/Garden City Fire Department. In 1995, Todd became a career member of the Midway Fire Rescue Department and attained the rank of Master Firefighter/EMT. He then moved into Midway’s Division of Fire and Life Safety as a Fire Inspector and was subsequently promoted to the rank of Fire Marshal. As the Fire Marshal, Todd has created and/or continued many of the division’s code enforcement and public education programs. He continues to be a servant to his community through a pro-active approach to fire safety, and hands-on involvement in fireground operations. Todd enjoys youth coaching, sports participation, continued education, and the intimate involvement in the lives of his wife and two sons.

Volunteer Fire Inspector Rick Myers
Retired in 2000 after 25 years at the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau as Sr. VP of Sales & Service. Serving a total of 42 years in the convention and trade show industry, he also worked in the cities of New Orleans and Cleveland Ohio. Military service was with the US Coast Guard serving in port security and fire fighting. Currently lives in Litchfield CC with his wife Sue. Also works at Pawleys Island Supplies and is active with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. Interests are "anything active and outdoors"

Division Staff Member Frank Seitz
Frank comes from the great State of New Jersey. He will be cemebarating 50 years of volunteer fire / rescue service this year with memberships in PA., N.J. and here at Midway Fire Rescue.
