Vehicle Into Sign For C-Shift

This evening, Midway Fire Rescue units responded to a vehicle accident right off Ocean Highway on Wilbrook BLVD. The caller reported a single vehicle off the roadway into a large sign. Engine 811, Medic 815 and Ladder 831 arrived on location and extracted a single patient out of the vehicle. The patient was transported to Grand Strand Trauma Center.
