Ocean Highway Rollover

On Sunday morning, around 1 am, Midway Fire Rescue units were dispatched to Ocean Highway near Island Chrysler for rollover motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, Engine 821 officer performed 360 of the vehicle, finding only one occupant out of vehicle. Medic 845 began assessing the single occupan, with crews unsure if anyone else was in the vehicle at the time of the accident. The crews checked the area along with using airbags and Res-Q-Jacks to secure and lift the vehicle in order to confirm no one trapped beneath. The entire area was assessed and scene turned over to South Carolina Highway Patrol.
