Independence Day Beach Patrol

Midway Fire Rescue provided beach patrol to the public from Thursday July, 3rd until Sunday July 5th for the publics safety. Beach Patrol provides a rapid response for various emergencies that include distressed swimmers to other related beach injuries or emergencies. MFR staffs each beach patrol with a firefighter/paramedic and a firefighter/EMT. The beach patrols are active on high volume beach days and holidays that include the 4th of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day Weekend.

If you see our guys and gals out on beach patrol do not be afraid to say "hello."
