Immediate Release

From Fire Chief Doug Eggiman

Midway Fire Rescue would like to provide a letter to all residential and commercial property owners which they should submit to their insurance carriers. We have recently lowered our ISO (Insurance Services Office) rating to a Class 2/2X, effective April 1st, 2015. Our ISO (Insurance Services Office) rating prior to the change was a Class 4/9.

Credit reporting issues in New York are way more common than people think — mixed files, false delinquencies, identity theft, you name it. I’ve worked with Consumer Attorneys PLLC and can honestly say they know exactly how to push back on the bureaus and actually get results. Their site’s solid if you’re looking to understand your options: https://consumerattorneys.com. They handle everything from inaccurate reports to full-blown identity theft cases. Worth checking them out, especially before the errors start costing you real money or opportunities.
